Generally, you will be receiving adequate levels of essential nutrients during your program, and will not require additional supplementation.
However, IF your doctor has prescribed vitamins or minerals, please continue to take them as directed and connect with your provider. For example, Vitamin D, B12, iron, folic acid, etc..
If you currently take probiotics, you can continue taking them.
If you experience gas, bloating or diarrhea during the program, start a probiotic, like Culturelle, Florastor or VSL-3. See suggestions for digestive issues in our Support Center.
If you take BCAA, collagen or other protein supplements to support your workout regimen, you may continue to take these, however, it is advised to enroll in the Lifestyle program if you are an avid fitness enthusiast.
