Items shipped from Upshoot, can only be returned within 30 days from the date of sales receipt ,for a full refund or replacement.
Only products that have been purchased directly from Upshoot.life can be returned. Upshoot has the right to deny any refund and/or cancel the membership of anyone who abuses the satisfaction guarantee.
How do I return my item as a customer?
In your email please include your:
- Customer ID
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
Products Returned After 30 days:
If it has passed the 30 days from purchase we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

Under the conditions that it has been within the 30 days from date of receipt of goods we can accept a return or issue a replacement.
For any issues regarding your purchase of your Upshoot products please contact Customer Care. With our satisfaction guarantee we promise that if you are not satisfied with the product purchased that we will offer a replacement or a refund.
Can I return an item without a receipt?
Yes, if you have an account through Upshoot we can verify payment through our systems and process your return.
If a payment was made outside of upshoot.life we cannot issue a return or refund.

Can I return a single item within a kit?
Yes, if you are dissatisfied with the product you can contact Customer Care to return an item. Provide customer name, customer ID, contact phone number and reason for your request.
